What you pay for
On Socials is $22 USD a month. These terms say what that buys, how you cancel, and who owns the Buffer account.
What $22 buys
A week of posts written for your business, in the goal you set. You read them. You change any line. You sign off. On Socials sends the ones you approve to your Buffer account, for the day they were planned. The Friday note, the replies to public comments, and the look at who is winning nearby are included.
The first three weeks are free. The card is taken when you join and is not charged in those three weeks. If you are still on at the end of the three weeks, On Socials Pro is $22 USD a month.
How you cancel
Cancel from your desk during the three weeks and you are not charged. After that, cancel before the next month starts and that month is not billed. A month you have already paid runs to its end. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not delete the posts already sent to Buffer.
Buffer is your account
The Buffer account is yours, not On Socials’. You create it, you connect the channels, and you can close it whenever you like. On Socials only sends a post there after you sign off. Buffer is the one that publishes it. On Socials does not take your Instagram, TikTok, X, or LinkedIn password.
What you still check
You approve every post before it goes anywhere. A rating, a review, or a number that was not on your pages should not go out. If one slips into a draft, the warning is there for you to stop it. On Socials does not promise new customers, followers, or a result from a post.
